Dane County Watershed Placemats
The Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission has made this watershed placemat:
available for the public and groups/organizations
to raise awareness of the water resources in Dane County.
It has a map identifying the four basins
and many watersheds within the basins and games for kids
on the back. It also takes a look at how individual actions
around the home can impact our water resources and gives
suggestions on how to make a positive impact. Groups
may order the placemats free of charge. They're great
for restaurants, or church and group dinners and help get
the water quality message out.
With the county-wide stormwater ordinance
now in affect, these brochures bring attention to the valuable
water resources of Dane County. Use the order form:
